4月 ― April– Cherry Blossoms and Fresh Greenery — Izu at Its Most Vibrant –

One of Izu’s most scenic spots, known for its crystal-clear blue sea and rugged coastal rocks. In winter, about three million narcissus flowers bloom across the cape, and the lighthouse offers views of the Izu Islands. It’s a peaceful place to enjoy nature in every season

Offer sweeping views of Suruga Bay and the Pacific Ocean. In summer, yusuge flowers bloom, creating a magical scene as the sea glows in the sunset. A great spot for a scenic drive or a relaxing walk.

The Spring Kobo Memorial Mantoue is held every April 20 in Shuzenji Onsen. Soft lantern lights fill the temple grounds, creating a peaceful and magical spring tradition.

Cvonsidered the oldest wooden building in Izu, was built to honor Minamoto no Yoriie. Inside the chapel sits a rare Seated Shaka Nyorai statue holding a lotus, a unique feature in Japan. Away from the bustle, it’s a quiet place to reflect on the history of Shuzenji.

A 321m high mountain located in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It has excellent views, and the area around the summit and the foot of the mountain is called Mount Komuro Park.
