This long-established confectionery is famed for its signature sweet, “Inoshishi Monaka” (Wild Boar Monaka). The rich bean paste, carefully simmered over direct heat for five hours, delights visitors with its deep, traditional flavor.

At this factory shop, you can watch the production process and enjoy exclusive rusk varieties available only on-site.

Located near Joren Falls, this renowned spot serves fresh wasabi grown in its own mountain stream fields, along with house-made pickles and dishes featuring authentic wasabi flavor.

Run by a cheerful couple, this is the first small outdoor shop on the Izu Peninsula. If you’re interested in hiking or mountain climbing, feel free to stop by. The owners are happy to offer advice on choosing and using gear, as well as consultations from a woman’s perspective.

The only specialty store for Buddhist and Shinto ritual items on the Izu Peninsula. They carry a wide range of products for memorial services and Shinto ceremonies, including incense for gifts and candles. As memorial tablets are engraved in-house, they can also accommodate urgent requests or bulk orders—please don’t hesitate to inquire.
