【Mishima Skywalk】 Japan's longest pedestrian suspension bridge｜Mt. Fuji View ｜ Outdoor Activities

The Mishima Suspension Bridge, commonly known as Mishima Skywalk, is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Japan. Spanning 400 meters, it opened in 2015. The bridge offers stunning views of Mount Fuji and Suruga Bay and operates as a paid facility, featuring a museum and various attractions for visitors to enjoy.

It’s a spacious and open spot, making it a very pleasant place to visit on a sunny day. Crossing the suspension bridge is a must, but be cautious as it can sway on windy days. The bridge is about 1.6 meters wide, so passing other tourists is not particularly inconvenient. The ground is visible through the gaps underfoot, adding an extra thrill to the experience.

At the end of the suspension bridge, you'll find a café, opportunities to interact with small animals, and even a zipline experience, making it packed with attractions.
