The Upper House (Kami no Ie), which appears in Yasushi Inoue's novel *Shirobanba*, is located in Yugashima, Izu City. This house, which corresponds to the main family home of Yasushi Inoue and serves as the residence of the protagonist, Kosaku, has been preserved almost exactly as it was at the time.

指月殿は伊豆市修善寺にある、伊豆最古の木造建築物。北条氏に幽閉、暗殺された源頼家のために母北条政子が建立した。

「独鈷の湯（とっこのゆ）」は、静岡県伊豆市の修善寺温泉にある歴史深い温泉地。川の中に湧き出るこの露天風呂は、修善寺温泉発祥の地とされ、約1,200年前、弘法大師空海によって開かれたと伝えられています。現在は足湯のみの利用になります。

伊豆の地名の発祥地でもある伊豆山神社は熱海市にある。源頼朝と北条政子が結ばれた場所でもあることから、縁結びのパワースポット神社としても有名。

【Izu Peninsula / 伊豆半島】- Mount Komuro is a 321m high mountain located in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It has excellent views, and the area around the summit and the foot of the mountain is called Mount Komuro Park.
