How to Store Fresh Wasabi

Fresh wasabi can be carried at room temperature for 2–3 days. For longer storage, keep it in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for up to one month without losing its flavor.
Amagi-grown wasabi is carefully cultivated and harvested over two years, resulting in its rich aroma and clean spiciness. Each root varies in size and shape, but there is no difference in taste—all offer the same high quality and flavor.
